ADMIRAL EMO PALACE is located on the first floor of an important Venetian historical building - Palazzo Emo alla Maddalena.
The accommodation consists of: spacious and bright living room with aristocratic style furniture, with exposed wooden beams and original floors, that is divided into a dining area and a relaxation area, compact but well-equipped kitchenette, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a shower.
The furniture contains the unique and original pieces.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free wi-fi access.
The palace was built in the seventeenth century, it was acquired by the Emo of San Leonardo at the beginning of the seventeenth century. It has a façade divided into two sections and therefore a double orientation. This device had the sole purpose of supporting the sinuosity of the canal. The facade has anachronisms and seems to date back to the sixteenth century.

CITY TAX:
Help Save the City of Venice: ALL and any rental in Venice is required to collect City Tax to help maintain and restore the beautiful city, since 2019 it is €4 per person per night.
