Check-out is until 10.00 am (10h)
PERSONAL CHECK-IN REQUEST FOR SELF CKECK-IN LOCATIONS
In case of personal check-in request these fees are applied::
20 EUR for check-in till 22:00
40 EUR for check-in after 22:00
50 EUR for check in after midnight
LATE CHECK-IN
in case of late check-in after 8.00 pm (20h) we apply a late check-in extra fee:
20 EUR for check-in after 8 pm (20h)
40 EUR for check-in after 10 pm (22h)
50 EUR for check-in after midnight
CITY TAX:
Help Save the City of Venice: ALL and any rental in Venice is required to collect City Tax to help maintain and restore the beautiful city, since 2019 it is €4 per person per night.
This is a legal requirement which we unfortunately can not include in the listing price but have to collect in cash or card payment upon arrival.
p.s. If someone does not charge city tax, they are operating illegally.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
Rubbish bags containing non-recyclable waste, and separate bags containing the type of material to be collected for recycling on that day, can be taken to the boats moored in the main canals between 6.30 am and 8.30 am following the collection calendar. Otherwise, you can wait for the refuse collector to ring your doorbell between 8.30 am and 12 pm.
Never leave rubbish on the streets! Remember to follow the rules or you will be liable to a fine.

Please separate the waste and put them into different bins:
- PAPER, CARDBOARD, NEWSPAPERS AND TETRA PAK ;
- GLASS, PLASTIC AND CANS ;
- RESIDUAL WASTE ;
- USED BATTERIES go in special containers usually out of shops in town;
- pharmacies have special containers for EXPIRED MEDICINES.

AMENITIES: We have towels, sheets and blankets provided for your convenience.
SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite. There will be a penalty of 300€ for non-compliance.
LOST KEY: If you lose a key, there is a charge of 300€
DAMAGES AND ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOR: Our valued guests abide by the standards of respect and courtesy. However, there are a few who do not treat our property in a similar manner, and for those we need these regulations. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages. Missing items and breakages will be charged on your card.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED. EXCESSIVE NOISE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED : Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation and a 300€ penalty.
